Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of The One Generator (theonegenerator.com) and its companion sites cpfgenerator.net, cnigenerator.com, singenerator.com and ssngenerator.com (together, the “Service”), operated by REDHEAD STUDIOS LTDA, a legal entity registered in Brazil under CNPJ 48.257.504/0001-18 (“Redhead Studios”, “we”, “our”).

1. About the Service

The Service brings together free tools that run in your browser: test-data generators, converters, calculators and other utilities. There is no sign-up or user account, and no tool requires payment.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

There is no acceptance step. By accessing or using any of the Service's sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Generated data is fictitious

The values the tools create — such as CPF, CNPJ, CNI, SIN, SSN, names, addresses, cards, passwords and others — are fictitious and are meant only for software testing, demos and educational purposes. A number may pass check-digit validation; it is generated at random, not taken from any official database, and any match with a real record is coincidental. It must not be presented as genuine.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service or the generated data to:

• commit fraud, identity misrepresentation or impersonate anyone;
• open accounts, obtain credit, issue documents or deceive any person, company or public authority;
• pursue any other illegal purpose or violate the rights of others;
• overload, attack, scrape at scale or interfere with the operation of the sites.

You are solely responsible for how you use the tools' results.

5. Advertising and links

The Service is supported by advertising. Pages may show ads served by Google AdSense and links to other Redhead Studios products, such as The One Bill. Third-party ads and sites have their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible. The Privacy Policy explains the cookies used for ads and measurement.

6. Intellectual property

The sites, their brand, text, design and code belong to Redhead Studios or its licensors. You may freely use the values you generate for testing. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the Service itself without written permission.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, or that the sites will run without interruption or errors. Always check results before using them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redhead Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or the generated data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights the law grants you that cannot be waived by contract.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. We do not send e-mail notices and do not ask you to accept the Terms again: by continuing to use the Service after the effective date, you accept the version in force.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district where Redhead Studios has its registered office have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.

11. Language

These Terms may be made available in several languages. Translations are provided for convenience. If they differ, the Portuguese (pt) version prevails.
